Physiotherapy is the assessment and treatment of conditions through physical means. Injury, accident, stresses, strains and illness can take their toll on the body.

As a result the body's physical, emotional and psychological functions can become impaired, resulting in a limitation of normal function.

A Physiotherapist aims to prevent disability and to improve the health of the patient and get them back to their optimum levels of health.

At the Centre the two Physiotherapists offer a Specialist Service for:

Gail - treatment for ME/CFS (Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome where a combination of different treatments are used including The Perrin Technique to combat pain, headaches, fatigue, disorientation and related cognitive/brain fog symptoms.

Helen - specialises in the treatment of Neurological conditions using recognised treatment methods such as the 'Bobath Technique' to aid recovery in the treatment of Stroke, Parkinsons Disease and Multiple Sclerosis conditions.
